Careers

We're rebuilding the layer construction software forgot to build itself.

SwiftCrane is small, distributed, and quietly serious about the work. We're not currently running an open hiring funnel — but we keep an open inbox. If any of the below describes you, write to us. Tell us what you've built. Show us code or a job site if you can.

Roles we keep an eye out for

  • Senior Go engineers with experience in financial systems, scheduling engines, or large multi-tenant data models.
  • Mobile engineers (iOS / Android, or cross-platform) who care about offline-first sync, low-bandwidth UX, and gloves-on field design.
  • Frontend engineers who care about real-time UI — Gantt charts, drawing markup, dashboard composition.
  • Construction industry veterans — superintendents, project engineers, controllers, estimators, schedulers — who want to leave the field and build the tool the field actually wanted.
  • Implementation engineers for design-partner installs, especially in the US East and EU.

How we work

  • Remote-first, async by default. We overlap a few hours a day and write everything down.
  • Small team, flat hierarchy, opinionated code review. No standups for the sake of standups.
  • Ship boring, durable software. No premature abstractions.
  • We use what we ship.
