About

Built by people who got tired of stitching status reports together every Friday afternoon.

SwiftCrane started as the in-house construction operating system for a mid-Atlantic general contractor we worked with. They had a stack: Procore for PM, Sage for accounting, P6 for scheduling, Bluebeam for markups, and three different daily-log tools depending on which super you asked. Their controller spent six hours every Friday building the executive status report from spreadsheet exports.

We kept seeing the same shape of problem in different costumes. The tools each do their job. None of them know about each other. The result is a long, brittle pipeline of manual data movement that gets slightly less accurate every quarter.

We extracted the layer that solves this and turned it into a product.

What we believe

  • One data model, many surfaces. The PM module, the financials module, and the field app all read and write to the same project. That's the whole pitch.
  • Adoption is the hard part. Per-user pricing is the single biggest reason construction software fails to land in the field. We charge per-project so you can bring everyone.
  • Self-hosted by default. Construction data is sensitive — drawings, financials, safety incidents. Cloud is a convenience, not a requirement.
  • Boring is a feature. Go binary. Postgres. Single install. We pick the boring stack on purpose.
  • Honest pricing. Published. Per-project, not per-user. The price on the website is the price on the contract.

Built by Deklarative

Deklarative is a small, opinionated team that ships durable, self-hosted infrastructure. Same group behind Argitron (compliance copilot), VoxRidge (telephony control plane), and GenuStream (messaging fabric). We work across timezones, we ship boring code, we read the spec.
